We attach great importance to the protection of your data. The following data protection information contains the most important aspects of data processing within our company.
When you visit our site, your IP address, start and end of your session are being saved for the duration of your session. The provider automatically collects and saves these information on the web server such as the browser used, operating system, referring page, IP address, time of access, etc. This data cannot be assigned to a specific person without checking other data sources and we do not further evaluate this data.
Personal data
Personal data that you transmit electronically on this website with our upload form, such as your name and e-mail address will only be used to contact you in the course of the project »moment aufnahme«. Your data are kept safe by us and not passed on to third parties.
Your rights
In principle, you have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to us (lumenx@gmx.at) or the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.

With your participation in the project »moment aufnahme« my data (name, telephone number, e-mail- address) are provided voluntarily. We process this data on the basis of consent for rapid contact tracing in case of suspected COVID-19.
This consent can be revoked at any time. A revocation has the consequence that the data will no longer be processed for the above-mentioned purpose from this point on. For a revocation, please contact us in writing: lumenx@gmx.at. Storage period/deletion period: the data is deleted after 28 days.
We pass on your data to the following recipients or categories of recipients: Health authorities pursuant to Section 5 (3) of the Epidemics Act and Section 10 (2) of the Data Protection Act (legal bases within the meaning of Article 9 para. 2 lit. 1 DSGVO) upon request.
